One place for owners, drafters, architects and engineers, contractors and suppliers. Owners post projects, the others quote, and you agree the price privately. The drafter is paid only when you approve the drawings.
You pay Lakar Bina, which collects the payment on behalf of the drafter. The drafter can see the job is paid for and starts work, but receives the money only after you approve the final drawings. If the job is cancelled, the money is refunded to you.
