Who we are

Rekatur Technology Enterprise (SSM 202603268423) runs this app and is the data user for your personal data.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone and password (stored as a hash, never as plain text).
• Company details you enter: name, SSM number, TIN, address.
• Payment records. We never see or store your bank or card details; Billplz processes them.
• Support tickets and an activity log (logins, setting changes, IP address) for security.

Why

To provide the service, take payment, issue receipts and e-Invoices, answer your questions, and keep your account safe. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and you can stop any time.

Who we share with

Billplz (payments), our email provider, LHDN (e-Invoice, where the law requires) and Google (only if you sign in with Google). We never sell your data.

How long

As long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for 7 years because Malaysian tax law requires it.
