Lakar Bina is a one-stop centre for construction, starting with drawings. Vetted drafters send fixed quotes, you pay Lakar Bina, and the drafter is paid only when you approve the drawings.
Log inPost a request
Choose the drawing type, tick the sheets you need, upload your sketches and say whether a professional must sign off.
Compare and agree the price
Approved drafters send a price, turnaround and number of revisions. Message them privately, offer your own price, and see their ratings.
Pay on approval
Pay Lakar Bina by FPX or card. The drafter is paid only when you approve the final drawings.
Review and approve
Get the drawings in the formats you asked for, ask for changes, and approve when it's right.
What we draw
Drafting only, for now
We draw to authority requirements, but drafters never sign or stamp drawings. If the drawings will be submitted, your own registered architect or engineer endorses them.
Architect firms and contractors: use us as extra hands for as-builts, revisions and shop drawings.
