Professional sign-off Drafting only
I trust the drafter's work. Nobody signs the drawings. Needs an architect or engineer to sign off
For example for council submission. Draw in submission format (UBBL-style sheet layout, scales and title block) so your professional can review and sign.

Privacy Confidential: hide the description, location and files until I hire a drafter. Drafters must agree to keep it private to quote. Later, verified contractors may see this project (without my contact details) and offer to build it. (Optional)
